Fair for every player
All rules and policies are designed to ensure fairness and opportunity for all players, and to ensure our business is able to run at full capacity. If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to seek further clarification from your coach.
- 01Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel a session on the day of your allocated slot (afternoon/night sessions), or after 7pm prior to a morning session, you will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events.
- 02Late Payment PenaltyIf a session fee is not paid within 48 hours of training, including a cancellation session fee, a 20% fee will be added to the original amount. Failure to settle the payment within this timeframe may result in you losing your spot within the program.
- 03DamagesParticipants or parents/guardians may be responsible for any damages caused to equipment or facilities during sessions if deemed excessive.
- 04Code of ConductPlayers, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully and follow all program rules. Violations may result in suspension or expulsion from the program without refund.
- 05Excessive AbsencesRegular attendance is expected. Excessive absences without prior notice may result in removal from the program without refund.
- 06Photo and Video ConsentParticipants agree to be photographed or recorded during sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
- 07Mid Term Dropout PolicyParticipants who choose to withdraw from their spot mid-term may be required to pay the remaining balance for the entire booked period, as it is understood and agreed upon at the time of registration that they will fulfil the full term.
- 08Field/Gym BoundariesParents are required to remain outside the designated boundaries during sessions, as determined by the coach, to ensure a focused environment and prevent distractions for the athletes. Failure to comply may result in removal from the session or suspension from participation.
