STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Being a footballer for 15+ years, Brodie has worked in numerous elite environments, and thus has been under some of the very best strength and conditioning coaches and high performance programs. This includes the world leading Westfields Sports High School high performance program as both a student and sports science intern, a program that includes national team coaches in both S&C and Football (junior and senior), and consistently develops elite talent, including Aaron Mooy, Mat Ryan, Sam Silvera, Ellie Carpenter and Harry Kewell.

He has also spent time at the NSW Institute of Sport as a sports science intern, learning and observing some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world, responsible for producing olympic gold medalists such as Ian Thorpe.  Brodie has also spent time at Matraville Sports High School in both their strength and conditioning and footballing department, another environment that has created athletes such as Adam Reynolds and Josh Ado-Carr.

As a result of both his footballing and sports science experiences, working with some of the best athletes in the world including Olympic medalists, Brodie has garnered a deep understanding of what it takes to reach peak performance at the right time. These experiences ensure that any athlete undertaking high performance training with Gamechanger can rest assured that they are receiving the most detailed and highest possible quality training in the area.

Brodie also continues to provide private strength and conditioning work with elite and professional athletes, providing tailor made programs to enhance overall athletic performance, ensuring durability and longevity in competitive sport. He is qualified through ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) as a level 1 practitioner, is currently completing a Bachelor of Strength and Conditioning at ACPE, and aims to complete a Masters of High Performance Sport upon completion of his degree.
